HUB Financial, Canada’s leading life insurance Managing General Agency (MGA) requires a Receptionist for a 6 week period. The hours will be 9am to 4pm with a one hour lunch (6 hour day).
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering the switchboard and distributing calls to the appropriate areas.
Tidiness of reception, boardroom and kitchen.
Boardroom bookings.
Updating of public folders outlook – executive contacts, operations, restaurants folder.
Responsible for ordering of all general office supplies and business cards.
Processing mail & courier. Receipt & distribution.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Superior interpersonal skills;
• Previous reception, customer service or administrative experience an asset;
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills;
• Must be responsible, reliable and possess a positive attitude;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Ability to manage time efficiently while multi tasking;
• Knowledge of Outlook required.
