Position: Retail Sales Support Representative - Part-Time

Description: Reporting to the National Sales Support Manager (NSSM) the Retail Sales Support Representative (RSSR) will manage a territory of retail accounts and provide retail staff with product training, incentive programs, new product knowledge and product launch details on behalf of our technology partner and a world wide name brand electronics manufacturer. The RSSR will complete daily call objectives, reports, liaise with Manufacturer sales reps to coordinate field initiatives and efforts and assist in issues management and resolution. RSSR will also manage and track territory expenses and the submission of reports to the NSSM.
Qualifications: Recent university or college graduate with at least 1 year of retail sales experience. Must be tech savvy and demonstrate excitement for new products and technology. (Cell phones, Personal Digital Assistants, Lap Tops, etc.) Experience in field marketing, consumer or retail promotions an asset. Organized with excellent communication, people and team building skills. Professionally groomed and outgoing. Fun and easy going with a ‘Life is Good’ attitude. Literate and fluent in English and proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, the internet and other forms of social media. Must be able to work days, evenings, some weekends.
Compensation: Part-Time position salaried with compensation varying on the size of territory and a pre-determined number of retail accounts.
Location(s): Calgary
Access to a car is required.
Start Date: Must be available to start mid July. Full Training provided in Toronto/GTA. Details to be provided.
