We are currently looking for vibrant, energetic and fashion-forward individuals to work at our new outlet store opening in Cross Iron Mills.
Multiple positions available:
Sales associates: full time / part time
Third keys: full time / part time
Start date: August 10, 2009
JOB SCOPE
Responsible for working as a member of the store team and achieving the store’s sales goals by providing exceptional customer service at all times and maintaining the company brand image in product presentation and store operations.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- 1-2 yrs experience in Retail
- Strong sense of Customer Service
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve daily and weekly personal sales and UPT (units per transaction) goals.
- Develop and help maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant company, store, and product information;
- Understand, communicate, and abide by all company policies and procedures.
- Provide all customers with customer service that is in accordance to company standards;
- Develop and maintain an organized and effective client book. Maintain regular communication with customers;
- Communicate customer needs to the management team;
- Replenish merchandise as stock sells down;
- Administer fitting room procedures;
- Follow store opening and closing procedures;
- Utilize maintenance checklists regularly to ensure consistency of the store’s cleanliness.
