The Bargain! Shop (TB!S) is one of Canada’s fastest growing general merchandise retail chains. Founded on the roots of the Woolworth’s company and incorporated in 1999 as a stand-alone Canadian entity, our convenient neighborhood extreme-value stores are a real Canadian success story. Our home office is located in Mississauga, Ontario and we've grown to over 250 retail stores spread across the country. We are looking for a motivated and results driven Store Manager to be part of our Super Friendly team in Three Hills, Alberta.
Our Phenomenal Growth. Since 2005 alone, we have opened over 50 new stores and expanded to a new home office facility. We have plans for 2008 and beyond to continue our aggressive expansion throughout Canada.

Job Description:
- Responsible for the overall performance and management of the store, including meeting and exceeding sales and other financial targets.
- Ensure proper execution of customer service and merchandising standards, policies and procedures and Associate development.
- Manage Associates and assign duties as required
