In order to put you front and centre for this opportunity, the successful candidate will have at least 10 years of management experience at a senior level in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 insurance branch along with a CIP or FCIP desgination. The greatest skill needed will be your ability to mentor and train a team to excel, as well as your proven success in developing business strategies in conjunction with commercial insurance knowledge , in order to uphold the values of the Company. Client focus is their #1 value and you will be required to identify business trends and new technology that will assist you in presenting innovative and creative thinking to achieve the corporate intiatives.
This position dictates the successful encumbant to be a role model for the branch and your communication, professionalism and integrity are essential in building trust and rapport with Clients. Accountability, business acumen, achievement of goals and utmost integrity is second nature to you and above all is your expansive and detailed knowledge of commercial insurance at it’s highest level.
