Service Centre Manager (Calgary)

Our client, a global leader in the vehicle glass repair and replacement industry, with operations in 28 countries, is looking for an experienced, customer oriented Service Centre Manager to join their dynamic team.
Managing the activities of a service centre, you will ensure the delivery of a high quality level of service and optimize both human and financial resources. You will also rely on your leadership, teamwork and management skills to create and maintain a strong partnership with the employees. In addition, you will:
- Ensure objectives and performance level achievement
- Establish store objectives and implement strategies to achieve them
- Evaluate the results of your team according to performance indicators (KPI)
- Manage employees and establish working schedules
- Improve operation processes
- Manage the store budget
- Contribute to the development and expansion of the store
- Develop and maintain a strong trade & fleet customer base
- Support employees in their development
- Organize employees to achieve results and objectives, to implement programs, to motivate and to share information
- Ensure a good working environment where employees can achieve their professional and personal objectives
- Develop and maintain a sense of belonging among employees
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, customer service and management
- Retail experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Team player
- Results oriented
- Strong sales skills
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of MS Office suite
Compensation:
- 50 to 56K contingent on experience
- Retention bonus: $3600 per year, paid quarterly
- Performance bonus: target 15% to max 30%
- Pension plan
