Field Technician - Security

ur client, a global company currently has a vacancy for a Technical Service Representative for their Service Department located in Calgary. Reporting to the Technical Service Manager, the ideal candidate should have 2 years of related experience.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone with security industry experience as a Technician and ideally someone who has graduated with an Electronics Diploma or A+ Certification. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clients with technical service as well as constant and efficient after sales service and support in the area of industrial processing, line management and industrial security CCTV systems. The successful candidate will ensure and perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs. The chosen candidate will also be responsible for replacing defective parts as needed. Additional duties and tasks will be designated at a later time. Knowledge of Lenel, Amag, and Prowatch is an asset.
