Network Analyst with CCS (6 Month Contract) (Calgary AB)

The candidate will be responsible for large-scale project design, configuration and deployment in a Microsoft Windows based infrastructure.
Accountabilities:
· Identify, architect, implement and document solutions for current and future projects
· Perform ongoing assessments in order to stabilize and enhance project related systems or environments
· Ensure the availability of project related systems according to various business requirements
· Provide technical consulting support to project and operational personnel
· Assist or lead project and operational personnel with production transitioning efforts
· Identify and respond actively and with sensitivity to the needs of all customers and be open and responsive to change
· Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines with multiple priorities
· Provide occasional after-hours support and implementation efforts
· Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused service environment
· Various other duties as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· University Degree and a minimum of 6 years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Proven experience and knowledge of Enterprise Active Directory / Exchange Administration, migrations, management and troubleshooting
· Experience installing, configuring and managing Microsoft Server Operating Systems (2003, 2000)
- Cisco CCNA and experience with either Kiwi Cat Tools or Hyena.
· Working knowledge of VMware ESX required and VCP preferred
· Previous experience with an enterprise server, SAN and user environment essential
· Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, LDAP, DHCP and scripting
· Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· A positive, “can-do” attitude and customer focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity
