Program Supervisor – Responsible for ensuring the overall health and well being of the youth and the team both at the program and in the community. They will liaise with family members, community members, Child Protection Workers, and other professionals to be most effective in working with the team of Child and Family Workers in case management. The supervisor will work to ensure that the living environment is positive, safe, and therapeutic.
Qualifications
Childcare administration experience
Undergraduate/ Graduate Degree (related field)
Clinical counseling experience an asset, as well as family work, group therapy, life skills and experiential programming
Experience in delivering experientially and adventure and adventure based programming to children and their families
