Customer Service Representative (NE Calgary)

Customer Service Representative required for architectural way-finding and signage firm.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working directly with our house accounts, providing customer service and order entry. This position also includes completing general office related duties, including but not limited to: reception, reestablishing contact with former clients, writing and mailing follow up emails/letters, shipping and maintaining office functionality.
The Customer Service Representative will need strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a self-directed environment.
This position provides direct support to the House Account Manager & Project Manager.
Required skills:
- demonstrate excellence in written and oral communications
- friendly outgoing demeanor with a willingness to learn
- ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
- ability to learn, or familiarity with graphics programs such as Adobe Illustrator
- familiarity with Microsoft Office / standard business equipment (Mac platform experience an asset)
- dedication to building client relationships
- excellent organizational and multi-taking skills
