The United Brotherhood of Carpenters has periodic demand for journeyman carpenters in Calgary, Edmonton and Northern Alberta. Contract includes inflation protection, 100% employer-paid pension and benefits. Double time weekends on industrial jobs. Contract guarantees annual raises to $50.99/hr total package (industrial journeyman) by 2010. UBC members from outside Alberta welcome, as are qualified journeymen now working non-union or with other labour organizations.
