As the Manager of Generation you will staff, direct, and coordinate power generation facilities. You will gain excellent experience providing the fundamental provisions to this organization.

They have won consecutive awards for great service to their 29 substations with 552.2 MW gross generation capacity. Located in tropical Guam you can enjoy walking along white sandy beaches, exploring the many mountains and waterfalls, and surfing in the warm ocean.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: $91,156 - $102,717
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Hagatna, Guam
Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
Experience: 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in electrical power production
Responsibilities: Monitoring performance guarantees for plant availability, plant efficiency, employee development and training, and facility maintenance and housekeeping.
Special Requirements: Must be able to undergo police and court clearance checks.
