We focus on acquiring monthly donors as a way to connect with the community, give a voice to the fantastic work being done by the organizations and make long-term relationships with our donors that enable long – term success for the charities.
Sparrow Services is currently running in Toronto and looking to expand to other cities such as Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, and Edmonton. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy managing a team to focus on building leadership and interpersonal skills to foster a work environment that is fun, compassionate and professional. Sparrow Services is looking for creative, inspired and passionate individuals who are interested in Managing Fundraising offices in the above mentioned cities (Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, and Edmonton). This is an ideal position for individuals who:
• Thrive in a sometimes chaotic environment
• Are creative and innovative
• Can prioritize well
• Can build and Manage a team of Canvassers and Supervisors
• Can assign responsibilities efficiently
• Meet goals set out by clients
Fundraising Managers Wage range between 16 – 19/hr
