Resident Manager wanted in Edmonton (University/Garneau/Edmonton)
at Human Resources in Calgary
Motivated, mature individual required for resident manager/custodian of 80 unit condominium complex near the University of Alberta. Competitive salary plus 1 bdrm suite and underground parking stall provided at no charge.
Duties would include:
daily cleaning
maintenance
swimming pool upkeep
seasonal outdoor work
liaising with trades
Communication and interpersonal skills an asset. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems appreciated. RMTI certification an asset as well.
Located in Garneau, one of Edmonton’s best neighbourhoods. Live and work at home with no commuting!!
