- Test software and hardware to evaluate ease of use and determine if productwill aid users in performing work
- Maintain equipment inventory
- Learn to use and support various systems
- Serves as liaison between end users and IT department regarding general ITissues.
Should be:
-Self-starter, highly organized and able to workwith minimum supervision.
-Adept to troubleshooting and able to deal effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment.
-Analytical and patient with technical details and strong customer serviceskills.
-Expert with Windows XP and Windows Vista support
