As an SAP CRM Consultant, you will analyze customer needs and participate in the design and architecture of business process solutions. You will be responsible for completeness and quality of functional design. This role will also translate business requirements into SAP functional and configuration requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for testing and documenting the SAP software configuration.
Other responsibilities would include, providing high-level estimates for design and implementation efforts along with communicating status, issues, and impacts with relevant client sponsors and process owners.
Qualifications
Technical Requirements:
-2+ years of SAP configuration skills; delivery and support experience in CRM processes
-Deep configuration skills and SAP CRM product knowledge
-Successful experience in at least 1 full lifecycle implementation
-Solid experiences in Business Process Analysis & Design
-Previous consulting experiences in large, global organizations is an asset
-University degree in Commerce/Business, Engineering or Computer Science required
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong analytical skills
-Strong teamwork skills
-Demonstrated commitment to professional development and career progression
-Ability to travel up to 100%
