Swiss Post Solutions is a Global Onsite Outsourcing company, outsourcing Administrative and Technical support services to many Fortune 500 companies and companies alike with Finance, Legal, PR/Advertising, Insurance, Entertainment, Media, Property Management and Project Management industries.

We are currently looking for a Full Time Receptionist to support the operation of our largest financial client located in Calgary.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in corporate administrative support person or within a high end hotel or retail environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Meeting and greeting guests
- Answer and transfer calls accordingly
- Relay correspondence to appropriate recipients
- Conference room reservations
- Light project admin including data entry

Starting salary for this position is $16-$18 CAD.
