Our Operation in the City of Prince Geoge, British Columbia is currently looking for Full Time Customer Service Representatives.

After you have received and completed our well respected and intensive on-the-job training program, you will perform the following job responsibilities:
Provide a high level of Customer Service
Cash cheques quickly and efficiently
Handle general office duties and proper use of equipment
Sell benefits of ancillary services to customers
Prepare collection files and assist in the collection process
Possess extensive knowledge of all safety and security procedures relating to the store
Understand and apply all company policies and procedures
Perform the daily maintenance and upkeep of store.
Requirements:
High school diploma
Be passionate about exceptional customer service
Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Be confident, assertive, well-organized and detail-oriented
Have an interest in financial services
Enjoy being challenged and finding solutions
Previous customer service and cash handling experience a definite asset
Ability to work within the District on flexible shifts scheduled to operate "retail business" hours of operations, AND
Of course, want to have fun!
