LOCATION MANAGER
DESCRIPTION:
The primary objective of the Location Manager is to maximize productivity and profitability in the stores, while ensuring employee and guest satisfaction. The Location Managers ensure the achievement of the vision and mission statement of EvelineCharles.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Industry:
-Interest and passion for fashion and beauty industry.
-Polished expectations for personal and facility presentation.
-Sophisticated, 5 Star guest service experience.
Business:
-Entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, and strategic with proven ability to drive business and forecast budgets.
-Minimum of 5 yrs management experience in the retail, service or hospitality industries.
Leadership:
-Driven and results oriented, thrives on challenge and likes to win.
-Proven hands on management style with ability to motivate and influence performance.
-Confident in addressing and confronting issues and individuals.
Judgement:
-Ability to make decisive, timely, fair and unemotional decisions.
-Creative problem solving and conflict management.
Operational Experience:
-Cash handling, Inventory Management, Payroll budgeting.
-Adapts well to change and facilitates the introduction of new initiatives.
-Process development, implementation, measurement and reinforcement.
Flexibility:
-Weekly schedule Tuesday through Saturday 9am to 6pm.
COMPENSATION:
• Salary Rage 40-80K inclusive of bonus opportunity.
