Position: Food Service Supervisor
Wage: $13.00/hr

Main Duties:
• Supervise, direct and co-ordinate the activities of workers;
• Establish work practices and procedures;
• Ensure food service and quality control;
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastages;
• Maintain specified inventory and purchase merchandise;
• Recommend personnel actions and provide information to staff on workplace policies and procedures;
• Responsible for resolving work problems;
• Provide training to new staff; and
• Prepare reports regarding sales, purchasing, inventory and other matters.
