We are seeking a Client Services Administrator / Receptionist to join our team in Calgary. The CSA provides support to the Client Consultants in day-to-day administrative tasks – which will include vehicle ordering, selector preparation, vehicle pricing, and taxable benefits for client accounts. Additional responsibilities include:
-Prepare and analyze reports on a quarterly basis for clients in Western Region and provide solutions and recommendations to the Client Consultant on corrective action.
-Assist with business testing related to Client Relations when required.
-Provide administrative relief for special client or business projects.
-Assist in maintaining driver database (driver logs, vehicle assignments, new drivers, etc)
-Coordinate and assist in mass communications to PHH clients and drivers.
-Research inquiries and issues and provide status updates to Client Consultants until resolved.
-Assist with New Business Activation and product setup for our clients.
Qualifications:
-2-3 years experience in an administrative, receptionist or client services role.
-Proactive and independent with the ability to work under minimal supervision
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Self-motivated, professional team player with a positive attitude
-Proven commitment to accuracy and excellence, attention to detail required
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Solid computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel.
