Job Description:
Canpro HRservices requires a Human Resources Interviewer who will be an integral team member providing a full range of confidential administrative functions to other members of the team and will provide support for other administrative staff.
Our Human Resources Interviewers will be trained to conduct pre-employment background checks, conduct reference interviews, analyze criminal record checks, credit reports, and learn how to verify education credentials.
You will maintain communications and relationships with staff at all levels, internal and external to the company. You are responsible for preparation of reports, conducting and typing basic interviews, dictation, reception duties;
Using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs;
Other administrative duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
Canpro HRservices is looking for outgoing, happy, energetic candidates with a pleasant telephone manner.
You must have excellent people skills and strong communication abilities. Both oral and written communication is required to work in this fast-growing, fun, and professional office environment.
This position requires a minimum of 55 WPM typing skills and two years secretarial / administrative or clerical experience; as well as experience using MS Word, Internet and e-mail.
Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrate ability to: maintain a high degree of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy; establish priorities, work proactively with minimum direction; make decisions and problem solve within predetermined guidelines; use strong listening and non-verbal communication; work under pressure with short turn-around times; confident with telephone communication; handle multiple changes in schedules, workflow and priorities; adjust personal and work schedules to fit the needs of the moment; produce accurate records and reports; High level of flexibility or willingness to go ‘beyond the call of duty’.
