Client Consultant / Account Service Representative (Calgary)

We are seeking a Client Consultant in our Calgary office. The Client Consultant provides premier customer service to an assigned portfolio of client accounts. This is a fast-paced position that requires strengths in multi-tasking, prioritization, exceptional problem solving and follow up skills, and the ability to learn quickly.
Primary job responsibilities include:
Set up and maintain day-to-day contact with assigned clients to explain/describe PHH vehicle related services and programs.
Coordinate activities with various departments to provide and deliver services to clients and resolve a wide variety of problems or discrepancies.
Utilize consultative selling/influencing and problem solving skills on an on-going basis.
Develop and maintain knowledge of PHH rates, terms, financing alternatives, billings, expense control, service card procedures, and automotive knowledge.
Participate in various meetings with clients and visit client locations, as required, to explain specific processes, procedures or new systems and to resolve problems.
Through excellent service delivery, work to optimize client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience involving client interaction, preferably in the vehicle industry, or experience in a service oriented function with client/vendor contact.
Proficient in the use of MS Office including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Team player who is a self-starter and has a positive attitude.
Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Independent decision making skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
