Moraine Lake Lodge offers an exciting work opportunity in the most beautiful location in the Canadian Rockies. The lodge is located 15 minutes from Lake Louise and visited each summer by approximately 450,000 people!

Our season is from May to October, with contracts to coincide. At the end of the season, we know all team members will have had an amazing working experience; gaining an appreciation for guest service, taking advantage of the opportunity to explore Banff National Park, earning money needed for travel or future studies, and developing some life long friendships!

We are currently recruiting for the position of Housekeeping Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for all housekeeping operations and housekeeping team. Responsibilities include ; leads, trains & supervises housekeeping attendants to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards, maintains inventory, monitors payroll reports and schedules, as well as, has daily communication with GM, all lodge supervisors and front desk team.

This is a great opportunity for an energetic, positive and self-motivated individual with clearly demonstrated leadership abilities.

Qualifications:

• minimum 2 yrs housekeeping experience
• 1 year supervisory experience
• Basic computer knowledge of word/excel/outlook
• desire to take ownership of tasks assigned and willingness to learn

• strong communication skills; ability to deal effectively with all levels of an organization

• Please Note: In order to provide our guests with an exceptional and consistent level of service, we require team members that will commit to our lodge for the entire season late May – early October.
