we are small property management company. we provide maintanence services for residential apartments and strip plazas.

we are seeking a person with following qualities:
simple, down to earth, calm, able to follow instructions, honest with their hours, able to work ALONE. Duties: fix tap leaks, replace faucets, paint apartment suites, cleaning the common area and sweep parking lots, shovel snow and mowe lawn. vehicle is required to travel between apartments.
Full time employment 10 am to 6pm, monday to friday plus any emergencies. we prefer to hire a person who is loyal and wish to work with us on a long term basis.

my partner and i are personal and easy to get along. If you are hardworker and trustworth, we will train you.

Your pay will always be on time(1st and the 15th). $12 per hour, plus raises based on performance, plus gas money and some times by piece work (example: $150 to paint a 1 bedroom suite..etc.)
