Title: Marketing Specialist
Position: Full-time

Our Client is looking for a Marketing Specialist to assist them with all of their marketing initiatives, the successful candidate will have a strong, diverse breadth of marketing experience.
Responsibilities include:
• Execute and implement defined marketing strategies.
• Manage all requirements and activities for trade show events, conferences and other public forums
• Strong understanding of web 2.0 online marketing methodologies
• Identify and coordinate media placement and press opportunities
• Coordinate all communications channels such as: website, newsletters, webinars, collateral, presentations et al
• Further develop our key marketing assets and brand components (i.e. product and corporate logos, graphics, packaging, collateral)
• Provide support for product launch and product marketing programs
Qualifications:
• 3 to 7 years experience of marketing in a tech environment
• Proven success managing large tradeshows or events is required.
• Bachelors Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or public relations
• Proven project management skills - managing projects to a successful, measured end result
• Strong writing and editing skills. Proven experience in business communication, writing of press releases, or articles to publish ready state is an asset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work and produce under tight timelines without compromise to quality
