Commercial Financing & Leasing Legal Assistant
On behalf of our esteemed downtown Law Firm, we are recruiting for a talented Legal Assistant with experience in Commercial Financing & Leasing to join this thriving law firm working for a Partner and Associate.

Duties and Responsibilities for this exciting position will include, but not limited to: *Drafting Lease Agreements and related Lease Documents *Draft Purchase and Sale Agreements *Draft Closing documents *Preparation of Security documents *Accounts and related accounting duties *PPR Registrations *Conduct Due Diligent Searches *Dealing with closing funds and deposits of such funds *Preparation of closing books and reporting letters

As the ideal candidate you possess: *A Legal Assistant Diploma *3 or more years of direct experience in Commercial Financing and Leasing *Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, ability to multi-task and excellent computer skills. *Ability to work in a fast paced environment
