Litigation Legal Assistant
Our client, a boutique law firm with a high-profile, downtown litigation practice, is looking for a dynamic litigation legal assistant with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to be part of a team. The successful candidate will provide litigation support for one lawyer. The position will involve litigation support for a range of litigation files, many of which are destined for the Court of Appeal or the Supreme Court of Canada.
Requirement of this position:
• Minimum of at least two years of proven litigation experience
• Graduate of a legal assistant program
• Strong word processing skills (Word)
• An eye for detail
• Experience with litigation support software (preferred)
• Enthusiasm for career development
• Ideally, have a working knowledge of Summation
