Litigation Paralegal
Our client, a leading law firm is in need of a Litigation Paralegal to join its’ thriving, fast paced, high energy team! As the successful candidate, you will possess 5+ years experience working extensively within the litigation field. Strong technical, drafting, organizational and communication skills are required. The ability to work independently with a high volume of documentation and consistently meeting a budget and deadlines are also necessary.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Legal Assistant Diploma preferred
• Minimum 5 years litigation experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Solid knowledge of litigation practices and procedures
• Excellent administrative skills, including organization & time management
• Detail-oriented individual with good proofreading skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions with minimal supervision and take initiative, set own priorities while maintaining flexibility
• First-rate multi-tasking skills
• Proven team-player, proactive and open to assisting others, with a willingness to learn new skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong interest and commitment to files
