Fleet Clerical Support (Calgary)

Avis Car Inc, a leader in the vehicle rental industry, is looking for a Fleet Clerical Support employee to join our administrative team located in Calgary.
Fleet Clerical Support-Full-Time
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the administration and fleeting of all Avis vehicles.
oAssigning MVA numbers
oObtaining, organizing and photocopying of various automobile documents (e.g. registration, New Vehicle Inspection Sheets).
oCompiling vehicle identification information (e.g. Key tags, registration, license plates, etc.) into packages.
•Inputting fleet data into excel spreadsheets.
•Creating spreadsheets so as to maintain effective tracking of fleeted vehicles.
•Liaising with car dealerships to ensure the on time delivery of new vehicles.
•Proper filing and organization of all vehicle paperwork and data.
•Matching VIN’s and New Vehicle Inspection sheets with purchase orders.
•Entering vehicle data into Avis’ proprietary document management system.
Experience and Skill Requirements:
•Administrative experience within an office environment (Car rental experience is an asset).
•Must have above average Microsoft Excel skills and be able to use Microsoft Access.
•Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
•Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
•Ability to organize heavy workloads.
•Keen attention to detail.
