Mandarin Receptionist/Translator (Calgary, AB)

Do you speak and write mandarin fluently? Our client is searching for their next receptionist/translator/administrator!
This is a great opportunity to use your bilingual skills and to excel in an administrative role.
In the position, you will be responsible for:
Handling Reception and Administration as well as the translation part
Act as liaison between Management and our investors from overseas, mainly China by telephone and email communication
Prepare and translate all types of documents and reports between these two parties
Provide general administrative support to the office, including temporary relief of reception duties
We are looking for people who have:
Strong business writing and composition skills in english and chinese
Experience with translation (chinese to english and english to chinese)
Strong administrative skills
Strong typing skills (not less than 55 wpm)
Advanced computer skills (Windows applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
