Host/Sales at Condo Show Suite (Airdrie)
at Human Resources in Calgary
Condo Building seeks host/sales representative for brand new condo complex in Airdrie. This is a full time or part time job located at the show suite in Airdrie, and it offers very competitive hourly wage in addition to commission. Work schedules are from 12- 5pm and/or from 1-6 pm 3 – 4 times a week (availability during weekends is a MUST (Saturday or Sunday) (20 - 30 HRS PER WEEK). This job offers promotion potential.
Duties Include:
Answering phones and providing potential buyers information on pricing, square foot, amenities and obtaining their contact information for future follow up.
Providing customer service at the show suite, and showing buyers the units we have available and persuade into a sale.
Complete Sales Contracts and follow up with potential prospects.
For rental units, the candidate has to complete necessary documents- Offer to Lease, Lease Agreements and Move in/Move out Reports.
Participate in monthly sales meetings at the corporate offices in Calgary.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year condominium sales experience required.
2 years of superior education
Customer service oriented
Proactive
Excellent Communication Skills
Courteous and have a professional presentation
