We are currently seeking to fill the following position:
Position: Customer Service Representative
Status: Full-time, Contract
Location: Calgary
Date Required: ASAP
Job Reference: 2010-08CSR
Primary Objectives:
To process orders from Marketing department, brokers and companies using underwriting, computer and customer service skills. Under direction is involved in policy production.
Job Responsibilities:
o Processes and inputs various orders within company guidelines
o Provides telephone support to Brokers and Companies
o Performs various underwriting functions
o Checks, assembles, proofreads, corrects , prints and distributes orders
o Maintains electronic records
o Provides support to office personnel
Qualifications:
o Secondary education
o 1-3 years business experience
o Good general computer skills
o Good mathematical skills and detail orientation a must
o Good memory and concentration ability
o Good communication and organization skills
o Able to work independently
