Investment Product Administrator (SE Calgary)

HUB Capital is a national Mutual Fund Dealer committed to providing superior support to its Approved Persons, including a compliance partnership to ensure they can meet their regulatory obligations. HUB Capital is looking for an Investment Product Administrator for our Calgary office.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position reports directly to the Regional Office Manager and is responsible for:
? Servicing our brokers and ensuring all in force inquiries are processed and settled in a timely manner on Mutual and Seg Funds;
? Data entry and system update on non-financial changes for all in force activity which includes follow up and confirmation of changes;
? Acting as the first point of contact for all in force activity;
? Acts as a backup for trade review, quality control and scanning of trades to Central Trade Pool;
? Acts as a backup and follow ups on trades from trade entry to settlement using daily trade transaction report;
? Acts as a backup on trade rejections to ensure trades are corrected and preprocessed in a timely manner;
? Follow Ups on T2033 Transfers and Loans when required;
? Assists with outgoing mail and mutual fund filing when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
? Minimum of 2 years? experience within the investment fund industry;
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
? Great attitude with customer service focus;
? Ability to Multitask and work effectively within a team environment;
? Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills;
? Excellent written and oral communication skills.
