Navigator Wealth Management is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to work in our NW office. This position’s primary focus is to assist the Financial Advisors build their business using strong administration, communication and interpersonal skills.
Drawing on previous experience as a Sales Assistant in a financial services firm, you will be responsible for opening accounts, managing all documentation requirements, updating accounts, creating annual portfolio reviews, liaising with clients, responding to requests and must show proactive problem solving. You will be involved in preparing correspondence and reports, as well as event planning and coordination.
A self motivated individual with exceptional administrative skills and a dependable nature, you bring to the role an ability to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team. Proven effective time management skills and a focus on client service.
Additional qualities:
• Superior customer service skills;
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook), Internet Explorer, and contact management software;
• The ability to handle confidential information;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• The ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner;
• Strong organizational, and problem solving skills;
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with Dataphile is a definite asset.
