Job Description:
This position demands an individual that is detail oriented, able to think critically and overcome daily challenges. The individual in this position must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job.
Essential Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
• Attention to detail
• Organized
• Able to work independently
• Able to work as a member of a team
• Must be physically capable of lifting and moving heavy containers (up to 30kgs)
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
• Computer literate
• Strong interpersonal skills
Duties:
• Receive all merchandise inbound, count received merchandise, verify the integrity of received orders and data entry into the computerized inventory control system (Training Provided)
• Identify and report all shortage or overage discrepancies
• Prepare all orders and parcels for shipping (including packaging and labeling)
• Bar code product as necessary
• Arrange for pick up by various carriers
• Pick product for orders
• Participate in the maintenance of the inventory control process
• Assist in physical inventory counts
• Labeling product
• Keep warehouse safe, clean and organized
• Move and stack boxes and skids of product
• Other duties as assigned
