Team Leader needed for daily Marketing operations! (Calgary)

Are you highly organized and able to work with little supervision? We are looking for a team lead to monitor the daily operations of newspaper distribution. Earn valuable experience in Marketing!
The job is from Monday to Friday 6am-10am and pays $14/hr every two weeks. The job is to monitor all of the newspaper reps in their particular area. This involves a lot of travel on the Ctrain from location to location (transit pass is provided). Only very responsible people need apply. Cell phone and internet access is mandatory.
Here is what a typical day might consist of:
Your morning would start at 6am and you will go to about 10 different locations along the Ctrain line and see how each rep is doing. We have a real time device that you would take a picture, which uploads to a site for attendance and client review. Team Leads are to motivate and train reps constantly. Basically we are looking for someone who is prepared to work everyday with no excuse. Taking initiative and problem solving are skills that are required. The ultimate goal is to maximise newspaper distribution for the client and the team lead plays an integral role in that.
This can be a very rewarding position, but it can be stressful at times. There can also be some heavy lifting involved but not often. This is an ongoing position so we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. There is also opportunity for extra promotional work.
