Resident Manager Needed in 'Beltline Area' (Beltline Area)

Alston Properties Ltd. is looking for a full-time, live in Resident Manager for a 63 unit apartment building in the beltline area.
Candidates should have a working knowledge of the Alberta RTA and have strong communication skills.
Experience in minor maintenance including painting, electrical and plumbing are required.
