WPCG is currently seeking a Sr. Oracle CRM Functional Analyst for one of our Calgary/Lower Mainland clients.
Job Description:
As Senior Oracle CRM Functional Analyst you will play a lead role in the analysis, documentation and delivery of business requirements for all aspects of CRM initiatives. You will assist the users with the implementation of new functionality, including testing, training and resolution of issues, and identify opportunities to improve the business processes and operational efficiency within existing CRM Modules. You will be responsible for ensuring the solutions are tested properly and signed off by super users before the system changes are moved to the production environment. You will evaluate new Oracle CRM components and develop/maintain roadmap of recommended future initiatives to improve the efficiency of existing business processes. You will need to understand end to end business processes; and work with business users to resolve ongoing functional issues and diagnose system errors and work with the development team to provide accurate solutions and fixes. As the ideal candidate you will have the opportunity to work in our clients head office in Calgary or Vancouver.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Information Technology; Master’s degree is an asset
• At least 6 – 8 years of experience in implementing; supporting CRM modules in a consulting practice or business critical environment
• Involved in at least 2 CRM implementations
• An understanding of Install Base, TCA, Territory Manager
• Good understanding of contemporary systems, development methodologies and tools in a large corporate setting
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong technical background
• Highly self-motivated and self-directed
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Demonstrates the ability to apply technology solutions to business problems
• Functional knowledge of Telesales and Marketing modules required
• Functional knowledge in Oracle Finance and HR modules an asset
