In tandem with our international oil and gas manufacturing client, Manpower is currently recruiting experienced and professional HR Recruiters to work contracts in Calgary's SW.
These roles have the potential to become permanent, and are responsible for full-cycle recruiting by: Screening resumes, and onboarding candidates; conducting interviews both over the phone and in-person; assessing potential candidates for office and oil/gas-related roles; preparing offer letters, reference checks, and background checks; posting positions on job boards; and submitting offer letters.
The ideal candidates will possess:
•1 to 4 years' previous experience in a corporate recruiting environment
•Superior knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)
•Exceptional interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills
•Outstanding attention to detail & self-motivated
•Experience working with applicant tracking systems
