LAWYER -- CORPORATE LITIGATOR
LOCATION: Calgary, Alberta
SALARY: OPEN, commensurate with experience

EXPERIENCE: Three (3) to five (5) years
Dare Human Resources has been called upon to assist a prominent National and International Law Firm in its search for a Corporate Litigator Lawyer for its Calgary, Alberta office. The individual will have solid experience with corporate / securities litigation. Energy industry disputes and class action defence are also part of duties required. You will be called upon to work individually or as part of a team of leading lawyers.
A stable employment history, preferably with a mid to large sized Law Firm, and strong academic credentials from a top tier law school are necessary. Membership in good standing with the Alberta Bar Association is imperative.
Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience is necessary. Overqualified candidates will not be considered.
The successful candidates should have experience working in fast-paced work environments, be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication, research and writing skills. Facilitating strong Client relationships and the ability to "produce" are factors that will be considered.
