Corporate Records Clerk (Contract) (Calgary Downtown)

We are looking for a corporate records clerk to fill a maternity leave ending at the end of October 2011. This contract opportunity may turn into a permanent position.
Typical Duties:
Prepare Alberta Annual Reports and Annual Consent Resolutions
Prepare Alberta Extra-provincial Annual Reports
Conduct searches and attend to e-filings
Update changes in database
Maintain corporate records filing
Communicate with clients
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of direct Corporate Records experience in a large environment
At least CORES Level I accreditation, Levels II and III an asset
Excellent attention to details and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while enjoying a team environment
Experience with ALF a definite asset
