Alternate Communications International is a recruiting company dedicated to attracting and employing top quality telecommunications and IT personnel. We are located in High River, Alberta and are looking for an outgoing and organized Recruiting Specialist to join our team.
The idea candidate:
• Has a degree/certificate in Human Resources or 2+ years of experience in a recruiting position
• Works well in team environments
• Has worked in the telecommunications industry before (this is a bonus)
• Is organized
• Can prioritize well
• Is comfortable using Microsoft Office
Job tasks include:
• Creating job postings
• Actively recruit candidates
• Evaluate resumes
• Conduct phone interviews
• Conduct in-person interviews
• Bridge communication between potential employees and the hiring managers
• Perform reference checks
