SHOW HOME CONCIERGES

What we need:
We are looking for Show Home Concierges to work at a lottery show home in Calgary. Successful applicants must be available for the following shifts/dates:
• Monday thru Thursday 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
• Saturday, Sunday and Holidays 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
• August 9 to October 26, 2011
Attendance will be required at an orientation session prior to starting in the position.

Who you are:
You are an exceptional communicator with a natural talent for providing outstanding customer service. You are able to greet and assist visitors and consistently make a great first impression. You are extremely detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks at one time. You understand the importance of team work and collaboration.

How you’ll contribute:
• Welcome visitors to the lottery home and assist them with ordering lottery tickets
• Process ticket purchases with Debit, MasterCard and Visa and complete daily ticket sales summary sheet
• Perform opening and closing duties each shift
• Assist with minor housekeeping tasks to keep show home in top condition

As the successful candidate, you will ideally have an administrative, sales or customer service background. A basic proficiency with computers and accounting processes are an asset.
