Position Description:
We are seeking an AACI or a candidate member working towards their AACI designation for our Calgary office. The position entails research, analysis and interpretation of economic and real estate data, culminating in the presentation of appraisals and feasibility studies largely for our Seniors Housing clients. However, our workload is varied and other commercial appraisal and expropriation opportunities exist.

Candidate Requirements:
• AACI or candidate member of the AIC;
• Must have fulfilled or is set to fulfill the requirements for candidacy to the AACI;
• Must be a highly motivated individual.
