Resident caretaker for apt building (Sunalta)

Available October 1 -15. Resident apartment caretaker for 20 unit apartment building in Sunalta.
Ideal for semi-retired person/couple. Handyman skills would be preferred. Prior experience
an asset but not mandatory. Person would also do administration duties (showing and screening tenants,
bank deposits, moveouts, and attend to tenant requests).
Position is part-time and remuneration will be rent reduction on one bedroom apartment.
