ITS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Recruiter/Receptionist for our office in South East Calgary. This position has strong growth potential!

Duties include:

· Answering the phone
· Contacting applicants
· Greeting applicants
· Distribution of job applications
· Candidate pre-screening
· Maintenance of candidate and client database
· Reference checking
· General Recruiting
· Filing
· Data Entry

The ideal candidate must have previous recruiting experience and possess the following:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and time-management
· A typing speed of at least 50wpm
· Computer literacy
· Ability to make cold calls

Compensation/Benefits:

· Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.

· Full benefits after the completion of a 3 month probationary period

· Annual bonus (based on revenue)
