Reporting to the Steel Door Supervisor, this enthusiastic individual will assist in the day to day operations of the department, ensuring a positive and productive work environment while being part of the team producing quality products.

The successful individual will possess or will learn a developed knowledge of window assembly including: Cutting, shaping and fiting materials to form parts and components. Screw, clip, glue, bond, weld or otherwise assemble parts and components to form final products. Check manufactured items for defects and conformance to specifications.

This position will be Monday to Friday from 5:45am to 2:15pm or 2:30pm to 11:00pm.

This position requires a team player who is motivated to take a proactive approach and enjoy the challenge of a dynamic and fast paced work environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Solid reading and math skills
• Hand tool experience
• Able to use or willing to learn use of various machines
• Mechanically inclined
• Be a self-starter
• Be able to work flexible and/or extended shifts as needed
