Coiled Tubing Supervisor (Central Alberta)

Manpower is currently recruiting a Coiled Tubing Supervisor to work for our client, Canada's fastest-growing pressure pumping company, in Edmonton, Medicine Hat, Red Deer, OR Whitecourt, AB .
This client is an international technical leader within the oil and gas industry and unquestionably a growth company. Known for its agility, they quickly grasp a need and solve a technical issue, often within days instead of months.
Key responsibilities:
Confirms all proper equipment and product are dispatched in accordance with job program
Ensures quantities, types of fluid, additives and mixing processes meet requirements
Assists in the development of all personnel, providing guidance, leadership and discipline to all employees under their direction
Communicates safety concerns to customers and onsite rig crews
Requirements:
Valid Class 1 License (Class 3 or full Class 5's also considered); fewer than 6 demerit points
2 to 3 years' industry experience
Knowledge of the National Safety Code for drivers
Knowledge of the CVSA/safety profile program
Preferred qualifications:
High school graduate
Physically fit
Proven communication and leadership skills
