As a Directional Driller, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally compliant operation of any assigned area.
Your key job responsibilities will include: Rigging-in/out down hole telemetry tools and surface equipment; Asset tracking; Maintaining an organized vehicle and equipment; Complying with safe working practices; and Abiding by all rules and regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
High School Diploma
Previous experience with MWD
Previous experience with Directional Drilling (considered an asset)
Exceptional communication skills (both written & verbal)
Ability to frequently push/pull up to 50lbs
Mechanical aptitude
Good analytical/decision-making skills
The ability to work efficiently/effectively under pressure
Motivation and ability to positively contribute as part of a team
Ability to relocate if necessary
